2. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the Dutch Civil Code (Burgerlijk Wetboek), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. This right applies to distance contracts and off-premises contracts.

Withdrawal period: 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party nominated by you (other than the carrier), take physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. by email to admin@sluzarinvak.world). You may use the model withdrawal form provided by the European Commission, though it is not obligatory.

3. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

4. Return of Products

You must send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Goods that are sealed and not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery (e.g. opened supplement bottles), unless the goods were defective at the time of delivery or the seal was broken by us.
• Goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized.

6. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately with your order number and a description or photograph of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs. This is in addition to your statutory rights under Dutch consumer law.

7. Processing Refunds

Refunds will be made using the same payment method unless otherwise agreed. Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your financial institution. We will send you a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

8. Non-EU Customers

For customers outside the European Union, different terms may apply depending on your country of residence. Please contact us for details regarding returns and refunds in your jurisdiction.

9. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return or refund:

• Email admin@sluzarinvak.world with your order number and reason for return.
• We will provide you with return instructions and, where applicable, a return label or return address.
• Pack the product securely in its original packaging where possible.
• Send the product to the address we provide.
